Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce
• 1 Bunch of parsley
• 1 -1.5 heads of Garlic
• 1.5 cups of plain vinegar
• ¾ cup of water
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 3 English peppers (allspice)
• 3 Bay leaves (herb)
• Sprinkle of red chili
• Black peppers to taste
How to prepare:
• Chop the parsley rough
• Grind the Garlic and add to the parsley
• Put a pot on a medium hit, and add the vinegar, the water, Sugar, Salt, Paprika, English pepper and bay leaves, Chili And black pepper
• Bring to a boil and turn the fire off.
• Wait 5 min, and Pour the liquid on the parsley and the garlic till its covered.
• Wait for one hour and then pour into a closed container.
• Leave in the refrigerator for at least one night before using.
• Last for six month in the refrigerator Excellent on BBQ meat, fried steaks, fish or chicken.
